To promote and maintain a healthy lifestyle, to bring together the interests and perspectives of the families of Transneft employees and subsidiaries, to enhance Transneft's image as a company doing socially responsible business and building its social policy in line with national priorities, the corporate programme United Family is held annually at the Fregat health and recreation facility for employees of Transneft and members of their families.
The Programme participants are workers and members of their families from eight federal districts and 62 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The Programme’s activities keep changing, but its goals remain unchanged:
- facilitating the national policy of health protection of Russian citizens;
- patriotic upbringing, raising the prestige of the family institution;
- child protection;
- developing a corporate culture and strengthening ties between employees of Transneft subsidiaries;
- Promoting healthy lifestyles, improving the health of employees and their families in the resort climate zone, and fostering a healthy younger generation.
The United Family programme anticipates the following groups of activities and events:
- sports and recreation;
- leisure and entertainment;
- corporate culture;
- complementary competences;
- “world of childhood”.
