Development of digital solutions for the control of oil and petroleum products flows
The computer software is designed to automate standard operations on objects in the IT infrastructure. The software belongs to the class of “Specialized Software for internal use for the Russian Federation's Executive Authorities, corporations, companies, and legal entities predominantly owned by the Russian Federation” and does not anticipate its commercial distribution. All operation and installation documentation are available for internal use.
The incident management information system is designed to provide information support for emergency situations detection and elimination at trunk pipeline facilities for oil and petroleum products transportation of Transneft and its subsidiaries.
It is a “Specialised Software for the internal use of the Russian Federation's Executive Authorities, corporations, companies, and legal entities predominantly owned by the state”. The software is not for commercial distribution. Its operation and installation documentation is available for internal use.
It can be used both in the fuel and energy sector, as well as in other industries. It serves as a backbone for creating supervisory control and data acquisition systems to manage the processes of oil and petroleum products transportation and to automate station control systems. The software belongs to the class of “Specialised Software for the internal use of the Russian Federation's Executive Authorities, corporations, companies, and legal entities predominantly owned by the state”. The software is not for commercial distribution. Its operation and installation documentation is available for internal use.
The «Evolution. SCADA» software platform has been included into the Unified Register of Russian Software for Computers and Databases of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation under Register entry No. 19379 dated 04.10.2023.
Unified Laboratory Information System (ULIS)
Joint development of Transneft and Transneft Technologies, LLC. It is included in the Register of Russian software.
ULIS allows you to automate the activities of laboratories for quality control of oil and petroleum products, internal business processes that ensure the performance of laboratory tests, and the interaction of laboratories with other divisions and corporate information systems of Transneft.
It is a “Specialised Software for the internal use of the Russian Federation's Executive Authorities, corporations, companies, and legal entities predominantly owned by the state”. The software is not for commercial distribution. Its operation and installation documentation is available for internal use.
From January 1, 2023, ULIS will be implemented in all laboratories of quality control of oil and petroleum products of the organizations of the Transneft system.
The software is designed to monitor and control the process equipment that transports crude oil and petroleum products. It is a “Specialised Software for the internal use of the Russian Federation's Executive Authorities, corporations, companies, and legal entities predominantly owned by the state”. The software is not for commercial distribution. Its operation and installation documentation is available for internal use.
Increasing the management efficiency and transparency in the main processes within Transneft subsidiaries by enhancing the reliability of the data used and providing a unified information space.
Creating an integrated information space to manage commodity transportation activities through deep integration within commodity transportation information systems and with other information systems of Transneft
Implementation of digital tools for planning and control of oil and petroleum products transportation, monitoring of process parameters in pipeline operation, analysis of emergencies, and training of dispatcher personnel using a mathematical model and accumulated stats on the actual operation of pipelines.
Improving digital technologies used to enhance the reliability of pipeline transport facilities through the development of intelligent inspection tools, methods and algorithms for predictive analysis of the technical condition of facilities, and the creation of digital twins.
Digitalisation of engineering surveys, design, and project implementation encompasses the key areas of industrial activities, as regards the development of 2D/3D information modelling technologies (TIM), the use of the data-centric approach to capital construction project lifecycle control, transition to an end-to-end legally significant technical document flow, introduction of innovative remote earth sensing technologies with the accumulation of a digital database for engineering survey materials, development of parametric, generative design technologies (including those harnessing artificial intelligence) and innovations in the organisation of project implementation.
Digitalisation of Transneft’s capital construction and investment management activities. As part of this programme, the plan calls for the automation of key business processes and introduction of end-to-end mechanisms for managing the capital construction project lifecycle using digital data and information models.
The implementation of a set of initiatives to digitalise a wide range of processes includes the initiatives aimed at using robotics and big data technologies, along with machine learning, applying the tools of in-depth process analysis, chat bots, and mobile apps.
Business process unification and automation along with using standard design solutions on a unified platform;
- transformation and digitisation of business processes using up-to-date digital technologies;
- introducing modern self-help services based on an HR resource accessible also from mobile devices;
- development of the staff management data model.
Improvement of digital technologies used to reduce and prevent procurement irregularities early by using advanced big data analytics, along with enhancing the expedience of engagement with potential and existing counterparties through digital interaction, creation and use of personal accounts.
Implementing a set of initiatives aimed at digital solutions for archive management, records management, IT support, automation and digitalisation of external communications and participation in image-building events, organisation of knowledge bases and knowledge sharing, providing legal support for operations, including issuing official documents.
The automated system is designed to control SCADA security checks during its life cycle. It belongs to the class of “Specialised Software of the Russian Federation’s Executive Authorities, corporations, companies, and legal entities predominantly owned by the Russian Federation, designed for internal use” and does not anticipate its commercial distribution. All operation and installation documentation is available for internal use.
